If you’re laying awake reading these reviews/letters at 3am like I was…CALL KRIS! She is absolutely amazing. We were first time parents and on top of already feeling like we had no clue what we were doing our 7 week old son NEVER slept. He was so overly tired he would lay awake in his crib for hours, eyes wide open but he would never truly fall asleep for more than 20 minutes at a time. We were desperate, I got online and found Kris and our lives changed the second she came over. Not only did she stay overnight to care for my son through out the night to give me a much needed full night of sleep, but she spent hours talking with my husband and I to educate us about babies and sleep. She showed us all kinds of baby products we didn’t know about that are now staples in our household.
After just a week or two of implementing her suggestions and schedules, Austin started sleeping 12 hours through out the night, 7pm to 7am. Day time sleep took a little longer but within a month he was taking 1 hour + naps along with sleeping soundly through out the night.
We recently took our first vacation to visit family with Austin who is now 7 months old, and our family was in absolutely awe of how he slept 12 hours all night every night even though he was away from home and in a new place. We stuck with the tricks and products Kris recommended and it worked even when we were away from home.
In addition to sleep she suggested baby formula (we switched to what she suggested and our sons gas issues almost entirely disappeared along with his very frequent spitting up) as well as baby food for when he got older. It is the only baby food we use now and my son loves it!
Kris continued to send us age relevant information by email without us even having to contact her as Austin got older. She has responded to all of my emails with questions within 24 hours every single time I’ve reached out to her.
I tell people when they ask and I’ll tell you now, hiring Kris was the best money we ever spent! We get compliments nearly every single day about how Smiley and happy our baby boy is and we know it is because he is getting the sleep he needs.
